No, you don't need to be home although you are welcome to be. Most clients prefer to be out of the home while we clean.
You can provide us with a key or a garage code. We would also need your code for the alarm system, if applicable.
You can pay by check, cash, or Venmo. Payment is due the day of service.
Yes! We want you to be 100% satisfied. If something is not to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it.
We love pets! Please let us know if there are special circumstances we should be aware of.
We provide all supplies. If you have a specific product you would like us to use, let us know and make it available. Also, if there are any products you do not want to be used, let us know.
We understand that things come up. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice so we can fill the opening.
